Never fall in love with a faery…it's just one of the rules Halley Starr is about to break.

        Halley Starr used to have a normal life...sort of. That's if you ignore the fact that she can't seem to warm up to anyone. She's messed up the school play practically on purpose. She has no friends. Oh, and let's not forget that she's cursed. It turns out her heart is as cold as a big block of ice.

        How is such a girl supposed to be the only hope of an almost forgotten parallel kingdom? Faeries don't exist. And if they did, you'd think they'd have wings. But when the faery queen materializes out of nowhere and thrusts some changeling kid into Halley's hands with the orders to bring her baby back to her, Halley must find a way to obey before midsummer night or be stuck with some annoying hawt faery guy and look like she's talking to herself forever.

        When Halley discovers her only faery ally is working against her and, even worse, that he's her Prince Charming in disguise, there is no way she'll ask him for help...perhaps more so when she learns the terrible truth. The troublesome baby Halley has grown to love--ur like--shares her destiny...and it doesn't look good. Now Halley will do anything to save the kid, even follow a heart she's not supposed to have.
